SUMMARY:Field Trip: The Musicians of Bremen\, Live!
DESCRIPTION:Details: \n\n\n\nAn epic journey from dusty crossroads to the bright lights of the big city\, this show is a celebration of chasing big dreams. Based on the fairytale Town Musicians of Bremen by the Brothers Grimm\, this swinging musical follows four very different creatures – a Hen\, Mule\, Bobcat\, and Coyote – each on their way to a new life. The four musicians first struggle with their differences but they discover how to work together and become a famous band! The Musicians of Bremen\, Live! is co-produced by Cahoots NI from Belfast\, Northern Ireland and Segerstrom Center for the Arts from Costa Mesa\, California. \n\n\n\nCurriculum Connections: Performance\, Grimm’s Fairy Tales\, Music\, Animal Traits\, Cultures around the world\, Characterization\, Personal Development and Mutual Understanding \n\n\n\nThis production is recommended for students in grades 2-6\, although other ages are welcome. \n\n\n\nPlease note- there will be photography taken throughout this production of those on stage an in the audience.  If you are opposed to being photographed\, this show may not be a good option for you.  \n\n\n\nA student must be accompanied by an adult in order to attend this production.  Families are asked to arrive by 10:00am to check in\, the show will start PROMPTLY at 10:30am. Our entire group must be present before we can be seated. It is important that families try to be punctual for the sake of the group. The show has a running time of 60 minutes. No food or drink is allowed in the theater for this show\, this includes gum. \n\n\n\nLocation: \n\n\n\nTPAC’s James K. Polk Theater \n\n\n\nTicket Information: \n\n\n\nAll attendees\, regardless of age must have a ticket to attend.  Tickets available until 5 pm on January 10\, 2027\, unless they sell out sooner. This trip requires a minimum in order to proceed. \n\n\n\nHealth & Safety Policy Regulations: \n\n\n\nIf you or a family member has been sick 2 days prior to the field trip or is currently sick\, please do not attend this field trip.  Please help us keep the entire group healthy by adhering to these rules. \n\n\n\nRules & Regulations: \n\n\n\nEach individual attending this trip/event must have a ticket purchased directly from Nashville Homeschool Calendar by the ticket purchase deadline. If tickets are not secured through Nashville Homeschool Calendar by such deadline\, individuals will not be permitted to participate in the trip/event. Walk-ins or individuals who purchase tickets outside of Nashville Homeschool Calendar (contacting the venue directly) will not be accepted as part of the group. \n\n\n\nNo refunds after October 20\, 2026. It is your responsibility to find someone to take your place if you can no longer come or you will forfeit your tickets. Admin fees are non-refundable. \n\n\n\nBookings open on October 1\, 2026 for Premium Members and October 8\, 2026 for Standard Members.
