They knew they would make history, but not what history would make of them. Fed up with living under British rule, John Adams attempts to persuade his fellow members of the Continental Congress to vote in favor of American Independence. But how much is he willing to compromise in the pursuit of freedom? Jeffrey L. Page and Diane Paulus (A.R.T. Terrie and Bradley Bloom Artistic Director) direct a new production of the Tony Award ® -winning musical, reexamining this pivotal moment in American history with a cast that reflects multiple representations of race, gender, and ethnicity.
This performance will be taking place in the Andrew Jackson Hall Theatre at TPAC. Tickets are $30.00 each. Seats are located in the middle/rear Tier. Our group has been able to take advantage of student/group pricing which allots us a significant price break versus purchasing individually through the box office. This production is scheduled to begin at 8 pm.
Tickets must be picked up from Will Call/Box Office with a photo I.D. no later than 30 minutes before the show starts. This is a special event which means we do not meet as a group. However, our group seats will be located in close proximity to one another. Each family that purchases tickets will indeed have seats next to each other. If there are multiple families going together it is important that you notify Jennifer that you want tickets next to each other.
Please note: Do your own research before determining if this show is suitable for your kids, each family is different.
RSVP and payment for guaranteed seats are due by 5 pm on February 11, 2023, unless they sell out sooner.
Tickets may be able to be secured after the due date only if seats are still available. Contact Jennifer after the due date so she can check directly with the venue. This trip requires a minimum in order to proceed.
